What You’ll Handle

Keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.

Manage client communication, emails, scheduling, and follow ups.

Oversee all transaction details to closing.

Prepare disclosures, agreements, CMAs, and required documentation.

Coordinate photos, staging, vendor access, and property logistics.

Enter and update MLS data and support marketing tasks.

Track deadlines, signatures, inspections, appraisals, and lender updates.

Keep all CRM and transaction systems updated and clean.

Skills and Experience

Texas real estate license with two or more years experience, or prior real estate background. Ideally 15+ closings under your belt.

CRM experience preferred.

Prior assistant or transaction coordination experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

Occasional travel to our office in The Woodlands / Magnolia area for training and team meetings.

Weekend availability when a transaction requires it.

Compensation Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000
