Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Key Qualifications
Proficient in Procore and other construction management platforms
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Skilled in layout and field coordination
Experience working with Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
Responsibilities Field Operations & Site Leadership
Direct all on-site construction activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are upheld
Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager, Architects, Engineers, and Owners
Foster a positive and respectful jobsite culture
Project Execution & Scheduling
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and short-interval lookahead plans
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project milestones
Manage daily jobsite logistics, inspections, and progress reporting
Troubleshoot issues in real-time to avoid delays and cost overruns
Cost & Quality Control
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to stay within budget
Track productivity and implement strategies to improve efficiency
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure work aligns with contract documents
Enforce site-specific safety plans and lead by example in maintaining a safe jobsite
Serve as the primary point of contact for all field-related matters
Ensure the client’s expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
Promote proactive communication and collaboration among all stakeholders
Uphold the company's commitment to professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction
