Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Albuquerque, NM. The Chiropractic Assistant will assist with day-to-day clinic operations, including insurance verification, billing and collections, communicating with the billing company, greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling general receptionist duties. Responsibilities will include supporting chiropractors during treatments, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The role also involves communicating effectively with patients and team members to ensure smooth workflow within the practice.
Qualifications
Previous insurance experience including billing, verifications, coding and collections.
Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities to represent the practice professionally.
Experience with appointment scheduling and receptionist duties, including maintaining an organized front desk.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work in a professional healthcare setting.
Familiarity with medical terminology, chiropractic practices, or healthcare settings is a plus.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software are considered strong assets.
