Job Summary We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Payroll Consultant

with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll modules to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support

Oracle Payroll

(Fusion HCM / EBS Payroll)

Gather and analyze payroll business requirements

Handle payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing

Support payroll runs, validations, and reconciliations

Ensure statutory and compliance requirements are met

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams

Provide production support and issue resolution

Required Skills

Strong experience in

Oracle Payroll

(Fusion HCM or EBS)

Hands‑on with payroll configuration and processing

Knowledge of statutory payroll rules and compliance

Experience with testing, UAT, and post‑go‑live support

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience with

Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)

or Absence Management

Exposure to integrations and reporting (BI Publisher)
