To build up AI capabilities within Marine, such that Marine has its own team to perform and lead AI related projects, collaborate with other group functions pertaining to AI related developments
To collaborate with other verticals pertaining to Marine's Transformation, such as Digitalization, Yard Transformation, Continuous Improvement and Technology & Innovation
Responsibilities
Team Management:
To lead, manage and oversee a team of AI Engineers. Guiding them on technical knowledge, project management and execution, problem solving and establishing communications between internal and external stakeholders
Project Management:
Work and engage relevant stakeholders in managing and seeing through projects from start till end
AI Model Development:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
System Maintenance:
Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Data Management:
Collect, pre-process, and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and implement best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.
