The Role
Grand Hyatt Melbourne holds a unique opportunity for an energetic and experienced leader to join its fast‑paced Food & Beverage Division in the position of Team Leader – Collins Kitchen.
Hourly/Entry Level Employee
Part‑time
Local
Day to Day This position is responsible for assisting in the smooth, efficient and controlled operation of the Collins Kitchen Restaurant.
Providing food & beverage services to our guests, through a personalized Dining experience
Answer any menu enquiries to guests
Assist in training Food & Beverage Attendants
Offering general food & beverage support to In Room Dining & RuCo Bar as required by business demands
Qualifications What we are looking for?
Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred, but not necessary
MUST have an unrestricted working Visa for Australia
Must have a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate for Victoria
The ability to create a positive first impression
The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidays
