Position Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction to final handover.
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
Manage project teams including site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Control project costs and manage changes to project scope or schedule.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.
Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Conduct project closeout procedures and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of managing residential/commercial/infrastructure construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and legal guidelines.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
