We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects in the rapidly growing data center sector. This role requires a strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, combined with exceptional leadership and project management skills. You will oversee all phases of MEP design, coordination, and installation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all MEP aspects of large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
* Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
* Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and client specifications.
* Lead value engineering efforts and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
* Oversee commissioning and testing of MEP systems to guarantee operational readiness.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience managing MEP scopes on large-scale projects; data center experience strongly preferred.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
