Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center – private hotel and conference center closed to the public.
Currently 800 single‑occupancy rooms; expanding to 1,400 rooms in March 2026.
Three restaurants including a Starbucks; expanding to nine restaurants in March 2026.
105,000 square feet of meeting space (ballrooms, amphitheater, classrooms); expanding to 200k square feet in March 2026.
Fitness center, jogging trails, and sports fields.
Professional clientele; no weddings, holiday parties, school groups, or other social events.
Located in Westlake, Texas – near Keller, Southlake, and Roanoke.

Position Details
Position will start on February 8, 2026. The Facilities Mechanical Supervisor is a hands‑on technician who completes maintenance work and repairs and is responsible for overseeing the workload of maintenance technicians. The supervisor ensures quality and efficiency of all work.
Responsibilities
Complete maintenance requests submitted by guests or employees for general maintenance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) throughout the hotel.
Supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient teamwork and high‑quality results through inspections.
Assist with training, motivating, and supporting maintenance technicians.
Manage performance, providing positive and corrective feedback, recognizing the team with Employee of the Month and on‑the‑spot recognition, and recommending coaching or disciplinary actions.
Ensure correct use of office equipment, EMS systems, and Life Safety Systems (training provided).
Qualifications
Vocational or technical training preferred.
Minimum two years of related experience (e.g., HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen, laundry).
Understanding of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
One year of supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Outlook. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Teams desirable.
Experience with service ticketing systems preferred; HotSOS experience desirable.
Texas driver’s license with good driving record required.
Must be 21+ years old due to vehicle insurance requirements.
Compensation
$26.50 per hour, plus benefits.
