$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Description Designed for an Arkansas-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, this position blends direct therapy with responsibility for care quality. You will work with individuals and families while helping ensure treatment approaches remain consistent and effective across cases.
Primary Functions Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress Review documentation for accuracy and clarity Participate in clinical discussions and case planning Ensure services align with licensing and ethical standards Support overall care quality initiatives
Qualifications Active Arkansas
LMFT
license Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline 2+ years of post-licensure experience Experience with remote therapy delivery Ability to manage a full caseload independently
