Fund Accountant

What You’ll Do As the Fund Accountant, you’ll play a critical role in managing the financial integrity of multiple investment funds. You’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day accounting operations and collaborate closely with internal and external partners. Key responsibilities include:
Financial Record Management : Maintain accurate, timely financial records for a diverse portfolio of investment funds.
NAV Calculations : Perform precise net asset value (NAV) calculations to ensure accurate fund valuation.
Transaction Reconciliation : Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve variances with accuracy.
Financial Statements : Prepare comprehensive financial statements, reports, and supporting documentation.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all financial activities adhere to regulations, reporting requirements, and fund policies.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with portfolio managers, internal finance teams, and external auditors to support seamless operations.
We’re seeking someone who brings both technical expertise and a high level of professional rigor to the table. Ideal candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
with a knack for working through complex financial data.
Exceptional attention to detail
and accuracy.
Technical proficiency
in accounting software, portfolio management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
CPA or CFA certification
(a plus, but not required).
Salary : Up to
$110,000 annually , DOE.
