We’re looking for an HR Generalist to support core HR operations and talent processes with a people-first, service-driven mindset. This role partners with leaders and employees to ensure smooth execution across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, HR systems, and payroll collaboration.**Job Responsibilities*** Manage recruiting activities – job posts, sourcing support, resume screening, interview scheduling, offers, and background checks* Own onboarding & offboarding logistics, documentation, and HRIS updates* Serve as a trusted HR contact for employee questions (policies, benefits, HR systems, payroll handoffs)* Maintain accurate HR records and audit-ready compliance documentation (I-9, reporting, personnel files)* Support engagement initiatives and employee events that strengthen workplace morale* Partner with Payroll and benefits vendors to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries* Assist with performance review, merit, bonus, and open enrollment cycles**Qualifications*** 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience (recruiting + HR operations ownership)* Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws & compliance requirements* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* High attention to detail and process discipline* Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred, not required)* Absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and integrityCompany: SunTech Medical; #LI-AA1If you are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives, come grow with us!
