Job Summary We’re looking for an HR Generalist to support core HR operations and talent processes with a people-first, service-driven mindset. This role partners with leaders and employees to ensure smooth execution across recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, HR systems, and payroll collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
Manage recruiting activities – job posts, sourcing support, resume screening, interview scheduling, offers, and background checks
Own onboarding & offboarding logistics, documentation, and HRIS updates
Serve as a trusted HR contact for employee questions (policies, benefits, HR systems, payroll handoffs)
Maintain accurate HR records and audit-ready compliance documentation (I‑9, reporting, personnel files)
Support engagement initiatives and employee events that strengthen workplace morale
Partner with Payroll and benefits vendors to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries
Assist with performance review, merit, bonus, and open enrollment cycles
Qualifications
2–4 years of HR Generalist experience (recruiting + HR operations ownership)
Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws & compliance requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and process discipline
Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred, not required)
Absolute confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity
