At Teso Life, our accounting team plays a critical role in supporting rapid expansion and daily retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
Assist with monthly closings and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
Support other accounting functions as needed.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required.
Experience in AP, AR, and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred.
