Salary:
$60,000 – $75,000 based on overall experience + Competitive Benefits package.
Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate posting of all transactions.
Process payroll for multiple small entities with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
Assist with bookkeeping activities for a private office.
Generate monthly financial statements and support internal reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures.
Support year‑end external audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
2+ years of general accounting experience.
Familiarity with AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable handling confidential information across entities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.).
Experience using payroll software similar to ADP, Paylocity, Kronos, etc.
Additional Information This is an entry‑level, full‑time position requiring a dynamic individual who enjoys variety in their work and is comfortable working across several entities.
