Job Summary Seeking an
HR Data Analyst
to support data-driven decision-making within the Human Resources function. This role focuses on analyzing HR metrics, developing reports and dashboards, and providing insights that support workforce planning and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze HR data related to hiring, turnover, compensation, and engagement.
Create and maintain HR dashboards and leadership reports.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Support workforce planning and HR initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Collaborate with HR partners on reporting and analytics projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or related field.
1+ year of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
Strong Excel and reporting skills (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience with UKG HRIS.
Knowledge of SQL or data querying tools.
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR).
Onsite role – remote work not available
