Responsibilities
Support a team of over 100 technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience engaging with technicians in a fast-paced service business, preferably in the HVAC/Refrigeration sector.
Strong understanding of service contracts with keen attention to detail and exemplary customer service skills.
Demonstrated leadership in dispatching and guiding field technicians to meet customer needs promptly.
High initiative and quick decision-making abilities in a technical environment.
Experience within a technical setting (HVAC/industrial refrigeration) is highly preferred.
