El Dorado Care and Rehabilitation, located in El Dorado, KS, is hiring a full‑time Business Office Manager (Collections/Billing/HR) to oversee billing, collections, and HR administration in a health‑care setting.
Pay Range Base pay: $20.00 /hr – $25.00 /hr. Final pay will be determined by skills and experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain daily census, billing, and cash collections.
Handle payroll and accurate reporting to corporate.
Billing/collection for Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care (Room & Board, Private Pay, ancillaries).
Assist employees during benefits enrollment.
Process resident refunds promptly.
Coordinate with insurance companies to define billing requirements and ensure proper claim payment.
Assist with onboarding duties for new employees.
Qualifications
REQUIRED: 1–2 years of experience in health‑care accounting/billing.
REQUIRED: 1–2 years of experience billing Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance.
REQUIRED: 1–2 years of experience in health‑care collections.
Preferred: experience with Point Click Care.
Preferred: experience reviewing payroll.
Computer‑savvy with Word and Excel.
A desire to work with seniors.
This position works 8‑5 Monday through Friday.
