Business Office Manager
– Mission Health: Bainbridge Health and Rehab
Pay Range
Base pay: $25.00/hr – $30.00/hr (actual pay based on qualifications)

Responsibilities
Maintain daily census, billing and cash collections, payroll, and accurate reporting to corporate personnel.
Billing/Collection for Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care (Room and Board, Private Pay and ancillaries) claims.
Assist employees during benefits enrollment.
Process resident refunds in a timely fashion.
Coordinate with insurance companies to define billing requirements and assure proper payment of claims.
Assist with select onboarding duties for new employees.
Qualifications
Required: 1‑2 years of health‑care related accounting/billing experience.
Required: 1‑2 years of billing Medicaid, Medicare, and Private insurance.
Preferred: Experience with Point Click Care.
Preferred: Experience reviewing payroll.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.
Computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
Desire to work with seniors.
Work Hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
