Job Description
The Dining Services Supervisor provides daily direction to dietary aides and utility staff, including task assignments, meal service delivery, pick up, and resident unit supply replenishment. The supervisor is also responsible for patient meal setup, reviewing dietary orders for accuracy and compliance.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain serving lines including dishes, silverware, hot and cold food items, etc.
Assist in serving meals on a timely basis.
Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
Assemble patient trays according to standards meeting dietary requirements.
Supervise dietary staff.
Comply with all safety and sanitation practices within the dining areas, including documentation of cleaning assignments and monitoring of food handling practices to ensure compliance with state, local regulations and departmental policies.
Qualifications
Basic computer skills required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
ServSafe Certified preferred or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days.
Previous dining services leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of various diets.

Hourly Wage $20-$24 per hour
