Base Pay Range $16.90/hr – $19.00/hr
Responsibilities
Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Engage customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
Register sales on the cash register, provide efficient checkout service, process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
Recommend items for sale, trade‑ups, and companion items to customers.
Maintain clean, well‑merchandised counters and shelves, take inventory, and keep records.
Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages, tobacco).
Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sales merchandise; complete resets and revisions.
Separate food items and perform stock rotation using first‑in, first‑out method.
Utilize store systems and equipment efficiently.
Provide customer service in the photo area (digital passport photo, poster print, creative machine) and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
Assume web pickup responsibilities: monitor orders, pick items, deliver to customers as they arrive.
Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition.
Comply with all company policies, procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English (except in Puerto Rico).
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
Six months experience in a retail environment.
Prior work experience with Walgreens.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
