Assistant Beverage Manager - MGM Northfield Park

A highly energetic and dynamic role as Beverage Assistant Manager in a premier entertainment venue at MGM Resorts. This position focuses on enhancing operations, delivering exceptional hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Provide guidance to beverage employees and ensure proper scheduling.
Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned department(s) consistent with the company’s core service standards and brand attributes.
Coordinate the requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue for the division.
Provide management support during shift oversight to ensure quality service to guests.
Ideal Candidate
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of relevant experience in bar or hospitality industry.
Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
At least 21 years old.
Over one year of supervisory or managerial experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
Experience managing employees under a Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Strong administrative skills and excellent organizational abilities.
