The Job Join us as the Tech Facilities Lead and take charge of ensuring all scheduled work is assigned and completed efficiently. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff, assigning tasks, completing and closing out work orders, conducting daily inspections, and supervising necessary repairs
Identify equipment requiring repairs, adjustments, or replacements, while maintaining logbooks and ensuring proper upkeep
Ensure all equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
Stay up to date on the latest techniques and advancements in maintenance practices
Maintain a strong focus on safety and accident prevention at all times
The Ideal Candidate
High School Diploma or GED is a must.
4+ years of relevant maintenance experience required; 2+ years of hotel or industrial experience preferred.
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as Skyjack, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
Skilled in facility equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
Solid understanding of basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team to achieve operational goals.
Strong listening abilities and sound judgment in decision-making.
