Responsibilities
Plan and manage unit operations, workflow, caseload distribution, and efficiency improvements
Set priorities, goals, and deadlines; report monthly progress to leadership
Ensure compliance with County, State, and Federal regulations and attend required meetings
Supervise, train, and evaluate staff through meetings, performance reviews, QA file reviews, and corrective actions
Arrange and monitor required trainings and professional development
Participate in budgeting by assessing and justifying equipment, space, and staffing needs
Serve on the Agency Leadership Team and meet regularly with the Director
Oversee professional customer service and handle complaints appropriately
Participate in recruitment, hiring, and documentation of personnel actions
Perform other duties as assigned, including shelter duty
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work from an appropriately accredited institution and two years of directly related experience
Bachelor’s degree in social work from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of directly related experience
Master’s degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of directly related experience
Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of directly related experience
Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and five years of directly related experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Criminal records check, drug screen, and references will be required for the successful candidate.
