Position Summary
The primary function of your job is to return patients to optimal physical function and facilitate the achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals within a skilled nursing facility setting. You will instruct patients in maintaining achieved levels of function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modification. Advantages
