Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations and staff supervision
Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service
Oversee inventory management and stock control
Process and manage customer orders, including telephone orders
Operate and maintain various equipment in the store
Train and develop team members on proper procedures and customer service
Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Support the implementation of company policies and procedures
Collaborate with the management team to improve store performance and efficiency
Qualifications
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent customer service orientation
Proficiency in basic math and cash handling
Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and other store equipment
Computer literacy, including the use of inventory management systems
Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilitiesExcellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
