Proven experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service orientation
Proficiency in operating restaurant equipment and point‑of‑sale systems
Solid math skills for financial transactions and inventory management
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Computer skills for order processing and report generation
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate stairs
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Time management and multitasking skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
