Overview The Retail Supervisor-Events is responsible for the management of effective, efficient, and quality event execution in a designated location. They audit, train, and coach Event Specialists on proper team compliance measurements to represent the CROSSMARK Events team.

Description Pay rate: $43,888.00 per year

Responsibilities

Recruit, supervise, and motivate employees to deliver on client expectations.

Train Event Specialists on company processes, policies, procedures and position responsibilities.

Ensure quality execution by conducting audits and work-whys of Event Specialists and develop event execution skills while maintaining Food Safety practices.

Communicate with store management about upcoming events and the execution of past events in their store.

Serve as the point of contact for all events conducted in the store, assisting Event Specialists with event kits, materials, and tools.

Monitor and manage expense metrics such as payroll time entries and additional expenses.

Manage execution and overall performance of scheduled events by monitoring daily and weekly scorecards to ensure highest on‑date execution levels.

Reschedule events as needed to maximize execution results.

Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team.

Communicate effectively, develop and maintain strong working relationships with field support, recruiting and client services.

Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly demo kitchen, ensuring appliances are functional and properly maintained.

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

Associate degree and/or technical diploma or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

Computer Skills:

Ability to use and navigate company‑provided computer and mobile device applications and internal systems. Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid driver’s license required; National Registry of Food and Safety certification required within 30 days of employment if not already certified. Local Food Handlers permit if required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Direct supervisory responsibilities with approximately 10–50 employees.

Work Environment:

Retail store environment; local travel may be required.

Physical Demands:

Stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, hear, read instructions, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, lift up to 25 pounds (occasionally 50 pounds), push/pull wheeled cart, prepare food and beverages, contact cleaning supplies.

Language Skills:

English primary; bilingual skills may be required.

Worker's Compensation:
