Retail Supervisor – Full Time (Role #6333)
Join Acosta Group as a Retail Supervisor Full Time - 6333. The role focuses on effective, efficient and quality event execution in a designated retail location. You will train, coach and audit Event Specialists to maintain safety and compliance.
Base Pay Range $43,888.00 – $43,888.00 per year
Responsibilities
Recruit, supervise and motivate employees to deliver on client expectations.
Train Event Specialists on company processes, policies, procedures and position responsibilities.
Conduct audits and work‑withs to ensure quality execution and maintain food safety practices.
Communicate with store management about upcoming events and past event execution.
Serve as point of contact for all events conducted in the store; assist specialists with kits, materials and tools.
Monitor and manage expense metrics such as payroll time entries and additional expenses.
Manage execution and performance of scheduled events using daily and weekly scorecards.
Reschedule events as needed to maximize on‑date and total execution results.
Share competitive knowledge and best practices with the team.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with field support, recruiting and client services.
Maintain a clean, orderly demo kitchen; inspect equipment for proper maintenance.

Qualifications Education/Experience:
Associate degree or technical diploma, one to two years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with company‑provided computer, mobile applications and internal systems; MS Office Suite.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid driver’s license; Food and Safety certification within 30 days of employment if not already obtained; Local Food Handlers permit if required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Direct supervisory role for approx. 10–50 employees.
Work Environment:
Retail store; local travel may be required.
Physical Demands:
Stand, walk, handle, reach, lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs), push/pull demo cart, prepare food, etc.
Language:
English primary; bilingual may be required.
