25% Responsibilities
Coordinate across Portfolio Acquisition Executive-Fires and Army test community in the identification and completion of all test and regulatory requirements IAW test plans and procedures Complete requirements verification and validation documentation and reports Create test plans and detailed step-by-step test procedures to satisfy requirements Support the Test Director in the execution of highly complex tests according to approved procedures Analyze data to ensure customer requirements are met and determine satisfaction Develop mitigation strategies for identified issues and following up to ensure problems are resolved Provide timely information and periodic reports pertaining to the overall status of all assigned projects Participate in integrated product teams to formulate, establish, and coordinate customer requirements Develop and deliver briefings to senior stakeholders across all project phases Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in related discipline At least 10 years of applicable experience Must currently hold an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation Creative, strong problem-solving skills, and able to perform well under stressful situations Experience in testing and evaluation (T&E) of U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense Systems Preferred Qualifications / Skills
In depth knowledge of U.S. Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (AIAMD) System capability and requirements process In depth knowledge of Army test planning, processes, and execution In depth knowledge of Integrated Battle Command Station architecture and interoperability Self-motivated with strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment Proficiency with Windows-based PC software (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams) Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action
