What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm’s equipment and services for regional customers
Deliver post‑sale, face‑to‑face client support, including equipment setup and maintenance
Monitor and report on repair transactions and client equipment issues
Analyze data to present insights on installation and usage progress to senior management
Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired
Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy and advanced therapeutic procedures preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and effective computer operation
Strong oral and written communication skills for technical information relay
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines
Experience in troubleshooting and determining root causes of equipment issues
Ability to present information confidently to small groups
Strong time management and multi‑tasking abilities
Familiarity with basic mathematical calculations for discount assessments
