What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide continuous training and education on Fujifilm’s equipment and services for regional customers
Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support including setup and maintenance of Fujifilm equipment
Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues and minimize repairs
Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on installation progress and staff training effectiveness
Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience
Knowledge of GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy; experience in advanced therapeutic procedures preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and effective computer operation
Strong oral and written communication skills for relaying technical information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related quantitative disciplines
Ability to analyze data and present data-driven insights
Experience providing expert guidance and training for workflow optimization
Strong time management and decision‑making skills
Ability to present information effectively in front of small groups
