Master Scheduler
Location: Ft Belvoir, VA
Qualifications
TS/SCI Clearance, or TS, SCI Eligible. 5+ years scheduler experience in programs and contracts similar to a large military base. 1+ year scheduling construction activities or facility operations (both even better). 3+ years Microsoft Project software experience. Advanced Microsoft Project course. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline. Desired Skills
Communication
Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including military personnel and civilian staff. Experience in Specific Military Sectors
Experience within the military in areas such as logistics, operations, and project management. Industry Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP). Certified Planning and Scheduling Professional (CPSP). Other enhanced qualifications. Experience Problem‑Solving and Analytical Skills
Identify and resolve schedule conflicts. Analyze data to optimize processes. Make informed decisions. Understanding of Military Operations
Familiarity with military procedures, logistics, and resource management. Effectively schedule operations within a military base. Organizational and Management Skills
Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Project skills. Know Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Archibus scheduling and project management software. Database Management
Experience with databases and data analysis valuable for managing scheduling data and generating reports. Apply
