We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate therapists to deliver top‑notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele in a home setting.
Job Type: PRN PRN therapists work on a per‑diem basis in our on‑call pool. You can accept or decline assignments based on your availability, and you are free to create your own schedule.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in home settings.
Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals.
Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
Have your own equipment, including blood‑pressure monitor and smart devices.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
New‑graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged.
Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist.
Compensation Up to $120 per evaluation.
