Physical Therapist (DPT, PT, RPT) – Home Setting
Location: Niceville, FL 32578
Job Overview We are an outpatient therapy clinic seeking passionate therapists to deliver top‑notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele in a home setting. We believe that a proactive, preventative approach leads to successful aging-in-place, dignity, and improved quality of life for those who have given so much to this world.
Responsibilities
Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting.
Communicates with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals.
Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
Uses own equipment, including a blood pressure monitor and smart devices.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists encouraged.
Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist.
Job Type
PRN (per diem). A PRN therapist works on a per‑day basis, receiving patient assignments as needed. This role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and opportunities for growth across various settings.
Compensation Up to $120 per evaluation.
