Retail Sales Analysis & Insights
Analyze retailer shipment data, POS sales, consumer lift metrics, and competitive market activity to identify trends, gaps, risks, and growth opportunities across SharkNinja’s product portfolio. Proactively surface recommendations and be the first to spot the smoke. Key Responsibilities
Category & Customer Insights – Serve as the internal expert on category performance, pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning. Translate insights into clear, compelling sell‑in stories and strategic recommendations. Sales & Commercial Strategy Support – Identify opportunities to expand distribution, shelf space, and promotional presence. Support the development of sales and commercial strategies that differentiate SharkNinja from competitors. Retailer Engagement – Support and maintain strong working relationships with Walmart buyers. Deliver compelling presentations using syndicated and retailer data. Forecasting & Planning Support – Collaborate with sales operations to align forecasts with market trends and retailer performance, clearly communicating risks and opportunities. Business Reviews & Reporting – Assist in preparing Joint Business Planning materials, line reviews, internal and Walmart‑specific presentations; along with weekly performance reports, dashboards, and insights packages for internal and external stakeholders. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing sales strategy, product development, marketing, and supply chain decisions. Operational & Ad Hoc Support – Quickly assess business questions and determine required data to provide actionable recommendations. Manage sample requests and other operational needs for Walmart merchants. What You Bring

Ability to synthesize large, complex datasets into clear insights and commercial actions. Strong presentation and storytelling skills. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 1+ years of experience in a sales analyst, category management, or retail‑facing role. Familiarity with retailer portals (e.g., Scintilla, RetailLink, 8451, Madrid) and syndicated data tools (e.g., IRI, Nielsen, NPD, Circana). Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred. Understanding of retail sales cycles, promotional mechanics, and margin implications. Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $61,500—$94,300 USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
