ABOUT THE JOB
Domino’s Pizza is hiring Assistant Managers. This role requires judgment, math, multitasking, leadership, and a strong customer‑service focus. You will be responsible for all staffing, inventory, cost controls, and customer relations, while setting an example for the crew.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage staffing, scheduling, and production to meet deadlines.
Maintain cost controls, inventory accuracy, and cash handling with 100% compliance to company policies.
Ensure store cleanliness, brand image, and quality standards.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.
Complete paperwork, cost‑control documentation, and compliance reports.
Assist in marketing, promotions, and profitability initiatives.
Drive deliveries, navigate complex street routes, and manage fleet logistics.
Lead and set a positive example for the crew, fostering a supportive work environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Access to a reliable insured vehicle for delivery.
Strong math skills: accurate addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Basic computer literacy: keyboard entry, touchscreen use, and order‑entry systems.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, carry, push, and perform routine bending, stooping, squatting, and crouching.
Capacity to work flexible hours, including early or late shifts.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Stand, walk, and lift regularly; lift up to 50 lb; carry packages and boxes; push/pull trays.
Work includes sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching during food prep or delivery.
Drive deliveries during early or late shifts.
WORK CONDITIONS
Store temperatures range from 36 °F to 90 °F, with possible fluctuations.
Work outside: variable weather, heat, and cold.
Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, fumes, sharp edges, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
Navigation of stairs, ladders, and multi‑story deliveries.
