RN Circulator Nurse – Ambulatory Surgery

We are committed to serving, healing, and educating our community. As a RN Circulator Nurse, you will lead patient care by applying the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code for Nurses.
Responsibilities
Effectively use the nursing process to deliver patient care.
Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources, serving as a leader and partner on the interdisciplinary team.
Use data and information to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
Embrace customer‑satisfaction and employee‑morale enhancement behaviors.
Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience:
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Required – None.
Certifications:
Current RN license in the state of practice; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Preferred – Certification in Clinical Specialty Area.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications; Effective verbal and written communication; Excellent organizational and time management skills.
