Base Pay
– $14.00/hr to $27.00/hr (hourly wage will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage)
Additional Compensation
– performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks.
Job Overview
– Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight. Duties are performed mainly in the backroom. Must lift heavy objects >50 pounds; operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts may be required.
Responsibilities
Unload trucks and stock new freight efficiently.
Maintain organized backroom inventory.
Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed.
Follow safety and company procedures.
Qualifications
Entry level; no prior experience required.
Physical ability to lift >50 lbs for extended periods.
Valid forklift certification preferred.
