Keenan has an exciting career opportunity for a Service Coordinator in our EBTPA Department. The Service Coordinator collaborates with the Senior Client Service Managers and Client Service Managers to provide customer service support to EBTPA clients, interact with vendors and clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and resolve benefits related issues.
How you'll make an impact
Assist with daily account activities by providing administrative support to Client/Senior Client Services Management team. Prepare required reports.
Develop excellent communications skills with clients, vendors, and other internal Keenan staff.
Attend monthly client service calls and take notes on activities/deliverable status changes.
Follow-up and track deliverables from client service calls.
Manage/assist to resolve eligibility and claims issues with vendors; provide follow-up to clients.
Maintain an elevated level of professionalism and relationships as liaison between the EBTPA and the customers.
Attend client meetings or employer sponsored benefits fair.
Assist in identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative programs/initiatives.
Coordinate pricing of services with key client contacts.
Assist with the development of marketing proposals and presentations.
Assist with renewal analysis.
Assist in identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative programs/initiatives.
Assist in conducting customer satisfaction interface/surveys and disseminate findings to management. Develop plan to address areas of improvement.
Contribute to corporate projects, studies, and initiative by providing technical or management insight to improve company position.
Develop, implement, and maintain EBTPA marketing material for all niches, including, but not limited to schools, healthcare, and municipalities. Responsible for developing, disseminating, and maintaining accurate competitive information which must be communicated on an as needed basis, or at least annually.
Respond to all RFPs in a timely manner.
All other duties as assigned.
Compensation The target salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. Hybrid work environment flexibility.
About You Required:
High School diploma or equivalent + minimum of 2-3 years related experience.
Minimum of two (2) years’ group insurance experience required with experience inclaims adjudication required.
Preferred:
Experience with eligibility/enrollment procedures, and billing reconciliation/premium calculations preferred.
College degree preferred.
Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to multitask.
Must represent Keenan EB TPA with the highest level of professionalism, exhibit positive customer service attitude and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
