Mail Clerk (Torrance) Keenan has an exciting career opportunity for a Mail Clerk in our Torrance office. As a Mail Clerk you will sort and distribute incoming mail, UPS, FedEx, interoffice memorandums and all incoming deliveries. Pick‑up and prepare outgoing mail and packages. This position requires someone to be in the office every day working full time hours.

How you'll make an impact

Sort and distribute all mail.

Distribute faxes daily.

Distribute and prepare UPS and courier deliveries.

Prepare overnight mail (UPS, Express Mail, etc.).

Assist with furniture moves as necessary.

Call for equipment repairs on mail equipment.

Distribute supplies and keep supply room tidy.

Reconcile supply invoices, as new supplies are received.

Photocopy projects as required.

Set‑up Training Rooms/Executive Boardroom for meetings as requested.

Organize copier and supply room daily.

Collect out‑going mail and prepare for pick up.

Inventory supply room on a semi‑annual basis.

Maintain personal and confidential information at all times.

Provide back‑up coverage for switchboard.

All other duties as assigned.

Compensation The target salary range for this position is $42,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

About You Required:

High school Diploma

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Mail Room setting preferred.

Must possess good organizational skills and display attention to detail

This mail room job requires the ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

The position involves frequent lifting, moving, and walking throughout the workday.

Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
