Job Title: Assembler
About the Role
As Assembler, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality products that meet customer specifications and company standards. Working under the guidance of production supervision, you’ll contribute to a culture of excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement while following established policies and procedures.
What You’ll Do
Assemble products according to engineering documentation, ensuring top quality and on-time delivery.
Use computer systems to check schedules and update job status.
Perform Go/No-Go testing per established procedures.
Monitor and maintain quality standards for all parts during assembly.
Assist with training team members and resolving assembly-related issues.
Handle materials as needed to support production flow.
Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
Communicate effectively with engineering teams to relay accurate information.
Complete all required documentation, records, and reject tickets.
Actively participate in team meetings and discussions.
Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area.
What You Bring
High School diploma or equivalent.
Up to 2 years of assembly experience.
Strong ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Problem-solving skills for standardized situations.
Preferred
Experience performing electrical assembly

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
