Heating and Air Conditioning Service Technician
Full‑time role based in Plano, TX. The Technician will perform equipment maintenance, diagnostic evaluations, and repairs on various HVAC systems. Daily tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring timely repairs, and delivering exceptional customer service to resolve client needs efficiently. Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues to ensure efficient operations
Experience with maintenance & repair and conducting routine preventive maintenance for residential and commercial HVAC systems (2 years minimum)
Commitment to customer satisfaction with effective communication and a focus on excellent service
EPA certification or equivalent demonstrating knowledge of HVAC industry standards
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
High school diploma, trade school certification, or equivalent experience in HVAC systems
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
