Understands and adheres to established Phoenix Home Care & Hospice policies and procedures. Creates and maintains Nursing schedules. Schedules Nurses according to care plans and staff availability. Discerns client services required as outlined in agreements, urgent requests and care plans. Enters staff and client information into database. Maintains staff and client database And more! Troubleshooting problems and providing resolution Ability to handle a multi-line phone system Highly Organized & Detail Oriented Previous Care Coordination a plus!
