LHH is currently seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Orlando, Florida. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction law preferred.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of construction-related cases.

Draft, organize, and file pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.

Manage case files, maintain document databases, and ensure accuracy in all filings.

Conduct legal and factual research to assist in case strategy and preparation.

Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, experts, and witnesses.

Prepare exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks for hearings and trial.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience; construction litigation experience is a plus.

Solid understanding of Florida court rules and electronic filing systems.

Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms.

Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills.

Paralegal certificate or degree preferred.
