LHH is partnering with a well-regarded law firm to identify an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in commercial litigation, mass torts, and/or drug and medical device litigation. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented legal professional who thrives in fast‑paced, complex litigation environments.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive paralegal support throughout all phases of litigation

Assist with discovery, including document review, production, and management

Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence

Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars

Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and vendors

Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness materials

Conduct legal and factual research as needed

Qualifications

6+ years of paralegal experience

in commercial litigation, mass torts, and/or drug & medical device litigation

Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules

Experience managing large volumes of documents and complex case matters

Proficiency with legal technology and eDiscovery platforms

Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams
