JMJ PHILLIP
We are seeking Maintenance Technicians at Level II or III to support and maintain operations in an automated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with machinery, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Position Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues. Maintain records of maintenance activities and report any recurring equipment issues. Production Support
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Assist in machine setups, adjustments, and testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Safety and Compliance
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies while performing maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S or similar housekeeping practices. Prerequisites
Experience as a Maintenance Technician in an automated manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
Technical certifications in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields. Safety certifications relevant to manufacturing environments. What the Role Offers
