This role directly impacts the quality of service clients receive and will play a key part in supporting advisors and internal teams with financial planning preparation, operational support, data management, and client meeting readiness. Financial Planning Support
Assist in gathering essential client data to prepare comprehensive financial plans.
Perform data entry and processing.
Develop supporting data analysis, such as cash flow projections, education funding, life insurance needs, Social Security analysis, stock option modeling, and other planning calculations.
Client Meeting & Operations Support
Prepare materials and assemble net worth statements for new and existing client meetings.
Compile portfolio analysis reports and ensure data accuracy.
Support the advisory team with ad hoc client projects.
