What You'll Do:
Lead project planning and execution
Manage customer relationships and communication
Coordinate with and guide our field crews
Oversee materials management and logistics
Perform design work and scenario planning
Occasional hands-on support in warehouse operations
What You Bring:
3-5 years of construction or playground surfacing project management experience
High school diploma plus some college coursework
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience supervising crews
