Job Description and Position Requirements The Management and Organization Department within The Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University invites applications for adjunct instructor positions to teach one or more undergraduate courses during one or more of the fall 2025, spring 2026, and summer 2026 semesters. Each non‑tenure track appointment has the possibility of reappointment.
A Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience is required.
Background Checks/Clearances Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
